Buying a rental property from out of state is difficult enough, especially when you won't actually see it till after you've bought it. You have to have someone you can really trust and rely on. I've worked with other realtors in the past that wanted you to buy the first home you looked at just so they could quickly close a deal. John was my eyes and ears and did a lot of driving and checking out properties to help me locate the right one. He knew what I wanted and didn't want, never pushed me toward a particular property, and he steered me away from properties that he knew would not work for me. We ultimately found an awesome deal. When I finally got to see the property for myself, it was exactly what I expected. I will be working with John again in the near future on another property. Thanks John!

He made time for prospective buyers to set appointments and communicated any information that was needed. He answered questions, made suggestions, and gave explanations. He was great at taking care of the business of selling my home and helping me buy a new home!

He made recommendations on strategies to increase the likelihood of a sale, such as sprucing up the curb appeal. He also worked well with the renters who were occupying my home to schedule viewings while we were seeking to sell.
